Veterans Day

Today I am going to write about Veterans Day, what the are, and what they do. Veterans are people who surve in the army, or some of call heroes, life savors, etc. Veterans Day is on the 11th day of November, today it is 11-11-11.  Veterans day is also when we celebrate our "heores" or people who surve in the army. Some of us may have family that have surve in the army or war.
                                     Veterans Day was elected as a holiday on November 11, 1918. It started to honor everybody in Wold War I. But then on June 1st, 1954, we decided to honor all Veterans of all wars, and not just World War I.The origanal concept for the celebration was for a day observed with Parades and public meetings and a brief suspension of buissness beggining at 11:00 a.m.

                         Today, we still honor people that go into war today, people who are in the Afgganistan war, we honor them as Veterans on Veterans day aswell. There are a few movies about the Afghan war, sych as Jar head, Brothers, and General kill.Anyways, you can also get books about Veterans Day, and moives, as I just listed. Heather Brewer

Heather Brewer creates young adault type of books, such as the "vladimir Tod" series. there are five great books in that selection, and she came out with a new one, called The Slayer Chronicles. Heather Brewer was born September 21st, 1973. Now she is living with her husband in St. Louis Missouri. I am currently on her 2nd book in her series, called 9th Grade Slays.

C.S LEWIS

C.s Lewis is a famous author of books, such as, the screw Tape Letters, The Chronicles of Narnia, and the Space Trilogy. And his real name being, “Clive Staples Lewis”.  He was born 1898, November 8. Plot for MOUSE...

Exposition: Country mouse invites city mouse to his house.

Rising action: The city mouse invites country mouse to the city.

Climax: A chef walks in and a mouse wants in, and they get scared.

Falling action: Country mouse goes back home because he doesn’t like the city.

Resolution: Country mouse stays at his home in the country for the rest of his life.
